Three days ago we wrote about a cheeseburger in a can product we’d seen making the rounds across the internet. We asked if there were any German-speaking readers out there who could nail down whether or not this thing was in fact the real deal. As it turns out, this burger in a can is very much real and one brave man went so far as to order the thing and document his adventure into eating the thing.
“It really looks tasty and it doesn’t smell like dog food! It tastes… not so good. Very bland, kind of like pre-made tomato sauce and a bitter aftertaste.”

English translation follows… Wirklich hatte ich einige von diesen, während letzt, den schwarzen Wald, gerade aus Munchen heraus wandernd, wenn Gedächtnis dient. Sie schmecken wie jedes mögliches eingemachte Sandwich, wirklich. Der vollendete Kenner seiend bin ich, ich bin ein wenig genommenes aback durch Ihre judgmental Schmährede. Ich bedeute, gibt es nichts wie ein gutes eingemachtes Sandwich, und der einfache Zugvorsprung ist so bequem, der meines Wissens nur mit dem eingemachten Burger angeboten wird. Mein all-time fav muß das eingemachte BBQ Schweinefleischsandwich auf Sesamsamenbrötchen mit Kohlsalat auf die Oberseite sein! Selbstverständlich müssen Sie a Dosenöffner benutzen, aber scheißen es sind wert es! Being the consummate connoisseur I am, I’m a little taken aback by your judgmental diatribe. I mean, there’s nothing like a good canned sandwich, and the easy pull tab is so convenient, which to my knowledge is only offered with the canned burger. My all-time fav has to be the canned BBQ pork sandwich on sesame seed bun with coleslaw on top! Of course, you have to use a can opener, but shit it’s worth it! Eat me.
