Free Tree Saturdee

Most of the Fayetteville Flyer team will be at Beaver Lake on Saturday for a bachelor party but if you’re in town, make sure you head to the Fayetteville Town Center on the Downtown Fayetteville Square at 7:00am to get your free tree.

According to AccessFayetteville.org, the City of Fayetteville, Fayetteville Parks and Recreation and the Tree and Landscape Advisory Committee will host their annual Arbor Day Celebration of Trees. And if you bring proof of residency such as your water bill or driver’s license (you know, just in case some Springdale folk try and infiltrate up in our biznass), you’ll be handed one of 1200 trees.

We know 7:00am is pretty early for some of ya’ll but it’s also the opening day of the Farmer’s Market so there’s something else to be excited about…if that’s your thing.

One request: could someone please pick me up a free tree? No, seriously. Please?

Same here. One of my trees died over the winter and I’m needing another.

Bachelor party’s off. We’re getting trees instead.
