“America’s Next Top Model” casting tomorrow

  • by Todd Gill, Flyer Staff
    on July 18, 2008 at 11:37 am

Are you hoping to take your reality TV show modeling career to the next level? Do you consider yourself to be one of the 4 people in the world who can successfully pretend to take “Miss” J Alexander seriously? Is being pressured to have sex with an old lumpy-dump Brady Bunch character and later falling in love with and marrying him near the top ten in your all-time wish list?

If so, then tomorrow might be the beginning of the rest of your (Surreal) life because “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 12 is holding an open casting call at the Northwest Arkansas Mall.

According to a press release we received today, The CW Network is looking for females, ages 18 to 27, with a minimum height of 5’7″ of “diverse backgrounds, shapes and sizes” and of course, who also think they’ve got what it takes to become a “top model.”

If you’re interested, this biznass is going down tomorrow, Saturday, July 19 at Center Court in the mall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Don’t forget to download an application to sign up and view all the eligibility requirements by visiting this here website.

Oh yeah, there are some sponsors listed but until they send us a check or two, we’ve got no love. Good luck, ladies!

Please, please, someone go and take pictures of the purported “talent” that shows up there. I think that we could all use it. Oh, if someone could take a video camera and do interviews, that’d be even better!

pax, I second your notion, and am begging someone to do this. Pretty Please?

Word on the street (read: at the mall) is: that this wasn’t “official” top model stuff. This was more of a P&G venture. There was a make-up dash and Mason’s dressed them for the fashion show.
