Local attorney Westbrook Doss has filed against a suit against the Fayetteville School District on behalf of Penney and Curt Wolfe, the parents of Billy.
The lawsuit also names Byron Lynn Zeagler, an assistant principal at Fayetteville High School, as a defendant alleging that both failed to protect Billy from physical and online bullies.
“As a result of the action of the adults of the Fayetteville School District, Billy Wolfe will never attend a high school prom or reunion or have his opportunity to apply for college scholarships,” Doss said on Wednesday.
