Today’s the day! Go vote!

After nearly two years of being bombarded with political ads, news stories, text messages, emails, phone polls, facebook updates, etc, it’s finally time to go vote. Whether or not you’re an evangelical conservative, an über-liberal or fiercely independent, now’s the time to go make yourself heard. Voting is easy, relatively quick and of the utmost importance.

Seriously, it’s important… plus it’s a good excuse to get out of work for an hour. It’s a win-win situation.

Thanks to Ted Dancin’s tireless efforts, you’ve been reading all about the mayoral candidates thru multiple rounds of informative interviews as well as getting the low-down on the issues you’ll be asked to vote on. If you’re planning on heading out to the polls and aren’t too familiar with who and what you’ll be voting on, please take a few minutes and read up on the issues and mayoral candidates before you head out to the polls. You’ll be glad you did. Promise.

We hope that thru the articles, interviews and discussion threads here on the Fayetteville Flyer, you’ve found a thing or two that’s helped you make up your mind on who and what you’ll be voting on today. If not, well, that’s your own fault, buddy.

Anyway, see you at the polls!

Remember, if you don’t vote, you can’t complain.
