FHS band pancake breakfast

Raising nearly $300,000 ain’t easy work, y’all. However, the Fayetteville High School Band will stop at nothing in order make it to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this year.

Whether it’s picking up trash after Bikes Blues & BBQ or taking over a local restaurant to cook you guys some breakfast, these kids are determined to make it to NYC on November 27th. Wanna help them out? Yes? Sweet! Then save some room in your belly, folks.

The pancake breakfast is tomorrow (Sat. Nov. 15) from 7am to 10am at the Steak ‘N Shake on Mall Ave. here in Fayetteville. Tickets for the breakfast are $5 and you can get ‘em at the door in the morning.

In case you didn’t know, each of the 201 band members needs to raise $1250 to cover individual expenses. And in case you’re bad a math, 201 x $1250=about a billion dollars so come hungry. Heck, buy more than one ticket and feed your cat. Cats like pancakes, right?
