For example:

I am sitting here watching Channel 16 before leaving town for T-Day and they are replaying the Sustainability Summit. Our mayor is sitting on the stage with the mayor of Austin, and the mayor of Chapel Hill, exchanging ideas about growth, sustainability, and being an attractive community for young professionals, outdoor enthusiasts, and live music lovers.

I wonder if Jordan going to host the Sustainability Summit next year?

I’ll be a Jordan believer when I see this kind of high profile event continued, grown, and used to enhance our city’s reputation as a desireable destination for young minds, research dollars, and cultural amenities investment.

great news for fayetteville. especially south fayetteville! people who actually live in fayetteville. coody was an ok mayor, maybe he can move into an unfinished condo.

I voted for Coody and I’d do it again. Obviously I was in the minority. I have to trust that the majority of the people made a good decision for Fayetteville and throw my full support behind Mayor Jordan.

I mean, the majority always elects the best leader. Am I right? ***sigh***

I just love this town so much and we have made such great strides lately. Hopefully we didn’t f&$k it up.

Oh, who cares? Whatever names he was called, now he can be respectfully addressed as Mayor-Elect Jordan. Damn straight!
Voters got this one right–big time!
Go Lioneld! I know you’ll never let us down.
It will be so refreshing to have an honest, trustworthy mayor for a change.
Get over it, TB. The electorate was sick and tired of Dan’s empty claims, promises and vicious attacks on everyone who didn’t pledge allegiance to his ass.
Mayor Jordan has a really sweet ring to it.
Hurry up, January 1st!
