To-Do Tuesday: 1/20/09

There’s plenty going on today in terms of the Inauguration of Barack Obama, but what about afterwards?

Tonight’s calendar of events is by no means full, but that means you have less of an excuse to not visit one of Fayetteville’s most unique venues.

Located just off Center St. near the Frisco trail, Mayapple Salon is a salon by day and low-key venue by (some) night(s).

Tonight’s show features Baltimore’s Yukon with locals Man the Helm and Egyptr getting things started at around 9pm. There’s no cover charge but donations for Yukon’s gas fund are encouraged.

The only other event we could find for tonight was the usual Tuesday night cover-free Electro Lounge at George’s.
