Seriously, how cool is it that we have a rollerderby team in Fayetteville? Actually, we have at least three that I know of, the Arkansas Killbillies, the Backwoods Betties, and there’s even a male team called the Southern Scallywags.
Tomorrow, (Saturday May 23rd) the Backwoods Betties need your help, though. They’re looking to travel to Topeka Kansas to take on the Capital City Crushers May 30th, but as some of you may have noticed, gas prices are on the rise again.

The Betties are holding a car wash fundraiser tomorrow at Art’s Place on College Ave to help raise some funds to get to Topeka.
