Search Local540 from the Flyer

In case you didn’t know, we also operate another website called Local540 which is the most comprehensive directory of local businesses and organizations in our area. It makes finding basic info like business hours, phone numbers and maps easier than taking candy from a (human) baby.

And for those businesses who’ve elected to expand their listing, you can find all sorts of great stuff like photo galleries, videos, coupons, events calendars, etc. Bonus!

Today we made things even easier for our favorite locals (that’s you, yo) because we’ve introduced a search bar to get you started directly from here on the Fayetteville Flyer. You’ll notice it over there in the sidebar underneath the rotating businesses.

Just enter something you’re looking for and see where your search takes you. Lots of folks are using it to find all the pizza places around here whereas others have been trying to figure out where this Geraldi’s place is located.

Searching isn’t the only way to find stuff, though. Just click on the categories link to dig into specific segments of our local businesses.

As an added bonus, if you’re trying to figure out what the best thing ever is, just search for “best thing ever” and I’ll bet you ten bucks Local540 knows the answer. That’s because Local540 is the smartest thing ever (trust me).
