Who’s headed to Omaha? The Razorbacks. That’s who.
After pretty much annihilating the competition in the Regional and Super Regionals of the NCAA Baseball Tournament, the Arkansas Razorbacks are among the final 8 teams that will compete in the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
Booyah.
First on the list is Cal State Fullerton, who we’ve played three times in our history, and we haven’t beaten yet. Yet.
After that, we’ll probably get the winner of LSU vs. Virginia. At some point, I hope we get a chance to beat Texas. Just depends on how they do.
The game is scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 pm, and will be televised by ESPN.
From what we’ve heard, lots of you are heading up for the game this weekend. Take some pictures, will ya.

We won the first game in our bracket. CS-Fullerton and UVA play right now with the loser being going home. The winner of that game will play the loser of tonight’s game between the Hogs and LSU. The winner of tonight’s game then play’s Friday night against the winner of the match-up featuring the winner of today’s 2pm game and the loser of our game. With a possible Saturday game if need be.
After all that the representative from our bracket in the CWS Finals will be determined.
If you’re more of a visual/flow-chart type of person this page from the NCAA might make more sense to you.
