Back in April, a tornado took out hundreds of homes and businesses in Mena, Arkansas as well as thousands of trees.

Diamond Bank of Hot Springs has since begun the ReGreen Mena program to help remove debris, replant trees and assist elderly citizens whose property was destroyed.

Tonight at George’s, there’s a benefit to help with the tree planting efforts called Trees for Mena. The following bands have donated their time and music to help with the cause and will be performing this evening beginning at 7pm: Benjamin Del Shreve, 3 Penny Acre, Randall Shreve, The Sarah Hughes Band, Smithstonians, Cletus Got Shot, Tanya and Dave, Keith Nicholson and Apartment 5.

After stopping in for a while, you could head back out on the town to any number of other fun spots. Here’s what we know of:

Club Fix: DJs EQ and Shortfuze w/ guest Tanner Beam
Ella’s: Jazz on the Hill
George’s: Mena Tornado Victims Benefit w/ Ben Del Shreve, 3 Penny Acre, Cletus Got Shot, Tanya and Dave, Sarah Hughes, Smithstonians
