To-do: Wednesday 8/12

Just two months ago, thousands of people from all over the country descended upon Mulberry Mountain for Wakarusa. Hopefully, those hills had a chance to rest up because starting tonight, another 5,000 music fans are expected to start rolling in for the Harvest Music Festival.

The 2009 Mulberry Mountain Harvest Music Festival will last through Saturday and a full schedule of bands can be found at mulberrymountainmusic.com. Anybody heading out tonight?

If not, there will be some action on the Fayetteville Square as the campaign for A+ Stronger Fayetteville rallies in support of the upcoming millage election.

Shortly afterwards, the ADA’s Tour de Cure kicks off at 21st Amendment.

What else? Jazz at Ella’s, DJ’s at FIX, Scott Leeper at Smoke & Barrel.

All of it:

Wednesday, August 12
21st Amendment: Tour de Cure Kick-Off Party
East Square Plaza: A+ Stronger Fayetteville rally – 5:30pm
Ella’s: Jazz on the Hill
FIX: DJs EQ, Shortfuze, Tanner Beam
George’s: Fnomenon, Lucio, Ceephor and Grotesk the Subhuman
Mellow Mushroom Pizza: Jovan Arellano
Mulberry Mountain (Ozark, AR): Mulberry Mountain Harvest Music Festival
Smoke & Barrel: Scott Leeper
Teatro Scarpino: Snake Eyes and the Bug Band
US Pizza Co: Effron White
