A friend of mine has a super creepy picture she took of one of the houses at PG Battlefield. You can make out what looks to be a soldier staring out one of the windows. Boo!

Plus my car is totally haunted. You can't tour it though. Actually, if you have cash we could probably work something out. (no refunds)

I'm kind of surprised that there's no mention of "Ghost Hollow" on the south (I think) side of Mt. Sequoyah. Growing up in Fayetteville I remember not only hearing about this form folks but also reading something about it in the papers almost every Halloween. I don't have the particulars close to my mind now, but I think the ghost in question was a young antebellum bride or bride to be who died when the house caught fire and can be seen running, burning, through the hollow in her wedding dress.

This may be what I was thinking of when, in 4th grade and living in those apts. just below the confederate cemetery, I called the FPD to report a ghost. Or maybe it was just living that close to the cemetery. Regardless, it seems like having the Confederate memorial in the middle of the town's only historically African American neighborhood is a recipe for some kind of haunting.
