I've also had plantar fascitis; NYG QB Eli Manning is dealing with it right now, San Antonio's Tim Duncan has also had it. Completely not cool. If when you were a carefree kid you ever stomped (accidentally, presumably) on a pebble with your heel, you know the feeling.

Yeah, PF is very painful and often seen in runners. I read this year that during the offseason Rotnei went to a lot of camps and really worked on his strength. Says he can dunk two handed now...which is two more hands than I can dunk with.

According to google health, Plantar fasciitis is irritation and swelling of the thick tissue on the bottom of the foot.

According to me (who has had it in just one foot), it SUCKS. Imagine the feeling of having a bruised heel and multiply it by about 15(ish). The only way to heal it is to stay off your feet and ice it. If it doesn't heal, it could cause bone spurs and cause surgery. It's such a weird injury to hear about, until you've had it.

Pel didn't talk about Welsh's absence in his post game interview, but he did talk about Powell and Sanchez. This makes me think that old Stef is clipped. He was a strong player, but from what I've seen so far I think we're gonna be fine this season. Our bench is looking pretty deep. GO HOGS!

Where was John Paul Noland? Oh wait that guy sucked.
