Bowerbirds concert review

Kevin Kinder from Tuned In was at the Bowerbirds show last night inside the Arkansas Union on the UA campus and offers up one of his Concert Wraps this afternoon.

Kinder:

They reminded me most closely of folksters Bon Iver, with acoustic guitar layered over drums, and the Fleet Foxes, with pastoral tunes of wind and animals and vocal harmony.

He notes that the band played an encore in the stairwell of the student union to top off the night.

We don’t do a lot of concert reviews here at the Flyer but we did take a few photos of the stairwell scene. Check ‘em out.
