I am sad uVerse is unavailable in my apartment complex. I wanted uVerse, a lot, but got cox instead… Long story short, I canceled my cox subscription and refused to get it re-installed. Something about high fees, excessive charges, and poor customer service come to mind. My roommates hated me for that. That was just my experience though. If you have cox and enjoy them, great. I just didn’t enjoy working with them.

To my point. I am happy uVerse is expanding its options to better compete with Cox.

Few people realize that uVerse is a very high bandwidth digital service and LOTS of fiber is being laid around Fayetteville to support it.

Though it seems like “just another cable service”, in fact, uVerse’s spread is a symptom of a big improvement in Fayetteville’s data infrastructure.

That Youtube video was hilarious. The things people complain about never cease to amaze me.

Would that ever be a deterring factor between a battle between UVerse and Cox? Hell naw. I look forward to getting Uverse next month….
