3 Spoons Yogurt set to open in Fayetteville’s Garland Center

  • by Todd Gill, Flyer Staff
    on July 15, 2010 at 12:03 pm

Fayetteville will have another build-your-own-dessert option this fall when 3 Spoons Yogurt opens inside the Garland Center on the edge of the UA campus.

The yogurt shop is set for a late August opening said general manager Logan Prewett.

The 3 Spoons Yogurt concept is a familiar one. Just choose a yogurt as a base, add as many toppings as you want, and then pay by the weight.

Prewett has already set up a Facebook page for the Fayetteville location including 38 images of 3 Spoons’ flavor varieties. Brown Butter Snickerdoodle, anyone? Yes, please.

The Fayetteville store is part of a summer expansion of the brand which includes the original College Station, TX location and two new stores in Lawrence, KS and Knoxville, TN.

When asked if 3 Spoons’ Aggie roots will keep him from fully embracing the Razorback campus, Prewett expressed a hint of jealousy over the Hogs’ firm conference positioning. ” I guess I’ll just have to think about what might have been had we gone to the SEC a month or so ago,” he said. “I’ll be sure to bring a Woo Pig Sooie attitude to Fayetteville every chance I get.”

    Those flavors look amazing!

Looks great. Does that mean we’ll have two Orange Mangos, a TCBY, and a 3 Spoons Yogurt shortly?

This is like a yogurt renaissance.
