Expect periodic lane and road closures on Maple Street over the next three to four days.
The City of Fayetteville’s Transportation Division has begun construction of the trail crossing at Maple Street between Wilson Avenue and Gregg Street.
This phase is part of the highly anticipated project connecting Frisco Trail and Scull Creek Trail which began in May. The half-mile section of trail extends along the east side of the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad from Spring Street to Maple Street.

Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience to those traveling in this area during the construction process and signage will be placed to indicate detour routes as needed. Thank you so much for your patience while this construction is taking place.
