Why do bad things happen to good people? Are unicorns real? Can lawyers cook?
More than likely, you’ve asked yourself all of these questions at one point or another. On Saturday, Oct. 16, at least one of them will be answered at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks’ first annual Washington County Bar & Grill.
Teams of amateur chefs from local law firms will battle it out to see who has what it takes to become the lawyer grilling master of the universe. Participants will compete in best ribs, best brisket, best pulled pork and best chicken thighs categories, and all of their creations will be available for sampling.
The Arkansas vs. Auburn game will be broadcast at the event, which will kick off at 12:30 p.m. Admission is $20, and the proceeds benefit the Botanical Garden.
