Some photos of the Fayetteville Veterans Day parade

The 2010 Fayetteville Veterans Day parade began shortly after 11 a.m. Thursday morning at the corner of Dickson Steet and Highland Avenue.

About 100 people participated in the march down Dickson including veterans, their family and friends, and even an Arkansas Razorback semi truck.

The parade turned right at West Avenue and then right again onto Lafayette Street before heading back down Highland Avenue.

The veterans provided the waves, salutes, and candy. The crowd provided the cheers and thank-yous.

Below are a few photos of this morning’s event.
