Remember back in August when we told you guys that Punch Brothers were coming to town? Well, the wait is over. Tonight’s the night (11/21).
It has been two years since the band has been in Fayetteville, and let’s just say they’ve been busy.
They’ve been touring extensively in support of their critically acclaimed album Antifogmatic. Last week, they were rubbing elbows (and dueling banjos) with Steve Martin on Letterman, and next week, they’ll be kicking it with Garrison Keillor on NPR’s A Prairie Home Companion.
Doors for the show at George’s open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25, and there are a few still available over at George’s ticketing site.
Check out the video below of the band performing in the studio of DGold’s Honest Tunes last time they were in town. It’ll get you pumped for the show.

Video of Punch Brothers show Sunday from George’s coming soon on my youtube channel (link if you click my name in the Flyer comments). Video tracks I am processing now include the encore cover version of a song by Mclusky described as Welsh punk, I think you’ll enjoy this one Flyer folk.
That’s cool how you embedded the 2008 video of PB from my radio show. Tanks.
Concert was very good.
