Board chairman Kenneth Mourton announced new leadership for the rally on Tuesday, and it turns out that the former director’s shoes will be filled with two pairs of feet.

With snowfall rates reaching 2 to 4 inches per hour Wednesday morning, it should come as no surprise that some areas in Fayetteville have already received 14 inches of powder. Apparently, however, that’s nothing.
