There are a lot of empty shelves at Ranger’s Pantry Pet Food Bank, and Ranger needs help to re-stock the pantry. Ranger’s Pantry will be holding a Pet Food Drive in front of the Walmart on N Mall Avenue on Friday, April 1, 2011, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
There is an urgent need for any size or brand of dry dog and cat food. Donations can also be dropped off at any Fayetteville Fire Station, at the Community Services office at 125 W Mountain, or at All Around Storage located at 2650 City Lake Road. Cash donations are also welcome and 100% of all cash donations are used to purchase pet food for the pantry.
Ranger’s Pantry supplies pet food to pet owners who are experiencing temporary financial hardship. This allows pets to remain with their families instead of being surrendered to area shelters.
