Madeline – don’t forget, there are MANY folks who live downtown, but have to make the trek to the suburbs every morning! There are a lot of people crammed into Rogers and Bentonville that eat breakfast and lunch, and then beat the hell out of town to get back to someplace better.

This truck in a strategically located spot could do a killing in a limited time (1-2 days a week). Many of the trucks in Portland or Austin have built up a loyal following by serving good food, and using Twitter to keep all of their customers in the loop of where they will be during the work week.

THIS WILL BE SO SPECTACULAR. Although I will say I’m not as excited to hear they are thinking about Bentonville. Kind of a random choice in my opinion. Either way though this is awesome!!!

Go somewhere that other food trucks could locate as well – maybe an empty parking lot (please not in front of David’s Bridal). You could eventually set up picnic tables and such.

You could start a food truck food court :)

Relocate the brick and mortar restaurant to North/Mid-Fayetteville, then use the truck to bounce between those who work in Benton County on weekdays and everyone who hangs out in downtown Fayetteville for Dickson and Farmer’s Market on weekends. Win-win.

I would L.O.V.E to frequent Hammontree’s during my lunch hour in Rogers!! Its the central hub north of Fayetteville. A lot of development around the Promenade area…hope the Falcon can park there soon!

UA crowd (students, faculty, & staff) will go berserk for this. I’ve been hoping for food trucks in Fayetteville for years – yay!
