When we left Mulberry Mountain Wednesday afternoon, the only action on the Wakarusa grounds was that of setup crews furiously finishing construction of stages, tents, fences and water lines.
Nearly 24 hours later, the main campsite was already half full. And with 20,000 people expected to attend this year’s festival, an estimate of “half full” is quite a sight.
