Wednesday To-do: Aug. 10

Let’s talk about this weather for a minute. Actually, let’s not. Don’t want to jinx it.

How about we skip to the Brad Paisley Arkansas Razorback rug burning thing. He probably didn’t mean much by it, but still, that was probably a bad idea.

Oh, and props to Eden’s Edge (who were in Fayetteville not too long ago) for keeping a Razorback rug on hand.

Bearstate Supply

Next up: A plug for our sister site, Bearstate Supply. Bearstate made some changes this week and now offers standard weight, classic heavyweight and American Apparel tees in men’s or women’s styles for nearly all online tees.

New shirts are being added weekly and there are a few that are suitable for game day. Do us a quick favor and check out the site or ‘Like’ Bearstate on Facebook. Cool?

Tonight

It’s not an official item on our Fayetteville calendar, but there’s a grape festival going on in Tontitown through Saturday. Thought you might want to know.

There’s a good sounding show at JR’s Lightbulb Club tonight with locals Monster Heart and Texas-based The Child Forgives and Creates.

Also tonight, George’s is hosting Sublime tribute band 40oz to Freedom, JJ’s has Jason Plumlee, and Greenhouse Grille has Dave Malm.

Happy Birthday!
