Six Fayetteville arts organizations were recently awarded a total of over $94,000 in Fiscal Year 2012 grants from the Arkansas Arts Council.

The League of Women Voters of Washington County will host a school board candidate forum from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15 inside Fayetteville City Hall, room 219.
Ozark Corn Maze to open Sept. 16
This year, owner Rod Wallace has carved a 1960s-era-Razorback-logo-shaped-maze into his cornfield. Also new this year, a “haunted” maze will be open during nights in October.
