A banner welcoming bikers to Fayetteville hangs over Dickson Street Monday afternoon.

Anyone who’s been wondering why the Huey Lewis concert stage is still sitting in the Walton Arts Center parking lot, two weeks after Huey and his News crew rolled out of town, is about to find out.

Those who already know the answer probably began bracing themselves shortly after the Sept. 9 concert.

That’s right. It’s time once again for Bikes, Blues & BBQ.

Come Wednesday, bikes will begin roaring into town and by Saturday, residents who are new to the area won’t know what hit ’em.

Besides thousands of motorcycles, hours of outdoor live music and a four-day-long groan from the locals, this year’s event will include an expanded schedule of events at the Washington County Fairgrounds and an AMXA Arenacross exhibition in Springdale.

Here’s a list of what we know is happening at Bikes, Blues & BBQ 2011.
