October 26 Fayetteville alcohol enforcement checks net one citation

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor today announced today that out of 23 businesses checked, only one citation was issued during a recent alcohol compliance stakeout.

The Fayetteville Police Department frequently conducts random checks for compliance of businesses responsible for the sale of alcohol around town.

The most recent efforts were Wednesday, Oct. 26.

In a press release, Tabor said only the Spirit Shop was found to be non-complaint and an employee at the location was issued a citation for Unknowingly Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
