The buildings once home to Tony C’s Bar & Grill and Munchies have been reduced to piles of rubble along Garland Avenue.

Both businesses, located at the intersection of Mt. Comfort Road, have been closed for several months along with Sunrise Cafe which sat between the two.
With the state of Arkansas working to secure land in the area for an upcoming Garland Avenue improvement project, we can only assume that the Sunrise Cafe building is the next to go.
Before it was Tony C’s Cafe, the building at 1313 N. Garland Ave. was home to long-time Fayetteville restaurant, Fuzzy’s.
The Munchies building at 1304 N. Garland Ave. was previously home to Super Chicken, Sunrise Donuts, Lucky Luke’s BBQ, and Fat Toney’s Barbecue.
RIP, Fuzzy’s building. Do any of you remember that place?
