Grammy Award-winning artist Béla Fleck is coming to Fayetteville in about a month, and he’s bringing arguably the best lineup of Flecktones ever assembled with him. The original lineup.

The foursome that started it all, including Howard Levy (piano/harmonica), Victor Wooten (bass), Roy “Futureman” Wooten (percussion/drumitar), and of course, Béla Fleck (banjo) will be at the Walton Arts Center on Thursday, April 12.

The band will be performing songs from their 2012 Grammy Award-winning album Rocket Science, as well as ripping solos, slapping the bass, and freaking people out with their musicianship in general.

It’s also likely to be the last tour in this configuration, so if you wanna see these dudes play together, this is your chance.

Tickets are $28-52, and are one sale now at waltonartscenter.org.

Original Flecktones, amazing group. Hope to see you at the show!

Note back-to-back “This is not bluegrass” nights:
