Demolition at the site of the upcoming 555 Maple complex will once again require closure of Frisco Trail between Maple and Lafayette streets from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 9.

Amy “Bailey” Kelly was recently promoted to captain after serving eight years with the Fayetteville Fire Department. She is the first woman to earn the rank of captain in the history of the department.

Fayetteville was recently named a ‘Tree City USA’ for the 17th straight year.
