Hot air balloon rides to debut at 2012 Block Street Block Party

The balloon will be tethered in the parking lot behind Tables & Ale, located at the corner of Meadow and East Avenue, from 5:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. Rides will be available for $6 each.
