Despite efforts to drum up support for naming a Fayetteville alleyway after a fictional street from the Harry Potter book series, the majority of city council members opted against the name “Diagon Alley.” The signs are now up.

A public discussion regarding the upcoming Frisco Trail extension is set for 5:30 p.m. today behind Greenhouse Grille.

FHS athletics officials are selling pieces of the old gym floor which was recently demolished.
