A&P Commission ends Old Post Office negotiations, funds artists’ move to new space
Fayetteville Underground artists are expected to move into a space inside the GCM building on the southwest side of the square.
‘Bring on the Books’ book drive begins June 1 at Fayetteville Public Library
The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee is hosting a book drive called “Bring on the Books” beginning June 1 at Fayetteville Public Library.
A&P Commission awards nearly $160,000 in spring special funding meeting
Topping the list was the Fayetteville Art Alliance which received $55,000 to put towards a new home for the Fayetteville Underground at the corner of Mountain Street and Block Avenue on the downtown square.
Lane closures to continue on Crossover Road through mid-July
Traffic will continue to be restricted to one lane on sections of Crossover Road for the next eight weeks to allow for installation of new drainage structures along the roadway.
