We are just a few days away from what is arguably the most delicious part of the Walton Arts Center’s annual Artosphere festival.

Festival organizers have planned another Sustainable Wine and Local Food Tasting Dinner set for 5 p.m. on Monday, May 21 at Greenhouse Grille.

Restaurant co-owner and chef Jerrmy Gawthrop has prepared a five-course menu featuring mostly locally-sourced ingredients, and six sustainable wine selections.

Nick Musial of Natural State Distributing will give a presentation on sustainable wines, and local band 3 Penny Acre will perform before and after the dinner.

The full, five-course meal plus wine, entertainment, and tax is $80 per person. For reservations or for more information, call Greenhouse Grille at 479-444-8909.
