Last week, a photo album created by a long-time local resident and his late father went semi-viral locally on Facebook. The album featured photos taken on Dickson Street in 1976, paired with photos taken by in the same spots in 2012.
The Fayetteville City Council approved plans for Project Cleveland, a 122-unit student apartment complex across from the University of Arkansas campus, during Tuesday night’s regular meeting.
