A construction project is underway that will add a rooftop and sidewalk overhang patio above 21st Amendment, as well as a late-night, authentic mexican taco shop next door.

The Fayetteville Public Library will host a kids Animal Extravaganza next week. Activities include a petting zoo and a mobile aquarium set up by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Also, local dogs will be available for adoption from the Fayetteville Animal Shelter.

The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will begin a series of free outdoor concerts at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 28 with the Jack Mitchell Big Band.
