Update: Butters found a new home!

Meet Butters, a 2-year-old Shepherd/Heeler who would love to join your family. She is a super sweet girl who has been patiently waiting at the Fayetteville Animal Shelter since she was found roaming around town earlier this month. She followed us outside this morning and after posing for a couple of photos, she headed straight for the pool. Smart pup, huh?

A new Russian Blue

This week’s kitty is a recent arrival at the shelter so she doesn’t have a name yet, but that’s for you to decide anyway. She’s a very sweet Russian Blue who looked to be a little over a year old and who was nice enough to stand up and stretch for the camera.

If you are interested in meeting either of this week’s featured pets or any of the other wonderful animals at the Fayetteville Animal Shelter, call 444-3456 or stop by the shelter during adoption hours at 1640 S. Armstrong Avenue.
