There may be a handful of shows added over the course of the year, but it appears as though the majority of the Walton Arts Center’s 2012-13 season is booked.

The broadway season was announced back in March, and several additional shows such as An Evening With Garrison Keillor, a performance by country legend Don Williams, the return of comedy troupe Second City, and others (see full lineup below) were announced last week to round out the full season.

The lineup announcement also includes the return of the arts center’s 10×10 Arts Series, featuring dance, theater, classical music and jazz performances for as little as $10 per ticket.

Single tickets to the shows below go on sale July 25, but you can get early access to them by buying tickets to any four shows with the art center’s Create Your Own subscription sale that is happening now.

Create Your Own subscription packages come with a 5 percent discount off the regular ticket price, early access to next season’s shows or shows added in 2012-13, and two free ticket exchanges during the season.

“Create Your Own subscriptions are for those patrons who like to order a la carte,” said Jodi Beznoska, the arts center’s vice president of communications. “We basically give you the menu of the season, and let you build your own year of arts experiences.”

For more information on the 2012-13 season, including details on the Create Your Own subscription packages, or to purchase tickets, visit waltonartscenter.com.
