New Flyer Sponsor: Bordinos Restaurant and Wine Bar

Our job rules. Not only do we get to live in and write about the best city in the world, but we also get to work with some really incredible locally-owned businesses who pledge their support to what we’re doing here.

We call these local places our sponsors, and without them, well, Fayetteville would be a lot less awesome, and the Fayetteville Flyer would be updated a lot less often.

Great food

Great atmosphere

Great location

We love these local businesses, and we also love the fact that you, dear readers, continue to support the folks that support us. We couldn’t do it without you. Honestly. Thank you.

That said, we’re very excited to announce our newest sponsor, Bordinos Restaurant and Wine Bar.

The restaurant, owned by Fayetteville resident Joe Fennel, has become a fine dining staple since it first opened in 1996.

The menu is Italian-inspired, and the restaurant is well known for its decadent steak, seafood and pasta dishes, some of which change seasonally based on what fresh ingredients are available.

Bordinos also features a $25 first seating menu, which is a three-course meal paired with a glass of wine available from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday (all night on Monday and Tuesday this summer).

The restaurant also has 25% off bottles of wine every Monday and Tuesday night, $5 “farm-to-bar” cocktails every Thursday night (featuring fresh ingredients from the Farmers’ Market), and $5 “foofoo” cocktails on Friday and Saturday (and every night after 9 p.m.).

For lunch, the restaurant serves an assortment of salads, sandwiches, pastas and small plates, and lunch entrees are buy-one-get-one free every Tuesday.

They even have a gluten-free menu.

It’s pretty much a Fayetteville institution these days. And with such awesome food, a crazy-extensive wine list, and a great atmosphere, we couldn’t be happier to welcome Bordinos to the Flyer family.

Please stop by Bordinos soon, and tell them thanks for supporting free news in Fayetteville, won’t you?

Wonderful restaurant with first class food and atmosphere. And ohhhh those deserts are out of this world and definitely the best around.

I would have to agree, the food (yes, including the deserts) and the atmosphere are wonderful. I used the back patio the other month and really enjoyed myself.
