The Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo show previously scheduled at the Arkansas Music Pavilion on Sunday, Aug. 19 has been moved to the Walton Arts Center.
WAC officials announced the move in a news release on Monday. A specific explanation was not offered, but the release stated the move was necessary “to create the best experience for our patrons and performers.”
This is the second time Benatar has been scheduled to play the AMP, only to have plans change before the show. Her scheduled 2008 performance at the venue was rained out.
Anyone who has already purchased tickets will receive new tickets in the mail.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Music begins at 7 p.m. Tickets range from $27-$62, and can be purchased by calling 479-443-5600 or by visiting waltonartscenter.org.
