Nightbird Books recently opened a coffee shop inside the bookstore, and an all-ages venue in the breezeway.
Some members of the Walton Arts Center’s board of directors want to know if the arts center is considered a public entity, and therefore subject to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act.
University of Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas Community College officials on Tuesday signed a collaborative agreement that will allow UA credits to go toward an NWACC degree, and vice versa.
