News Briefs

Gabion baskets filled with native brown sandstone were used along the east edge of Tanglewood Branch to establish a solid base to reconstruct the hillside below Frisco Trail.

Repairs to a heavily damaged section of Frisco Trail are complete just south of the Center Street trail crossing.

With the University of Arkansas students back in town, and football season just around the corner, it’s time for another roundup of all the recent movement in the bar and restaurant world.

Registration for the city’s inaugural season of fall adult co-ed volleyball is now open and runs through Friday, Oct. 12.
