The Fayetteville branch of the American Association of University Women will host a forum with several local candidates in this year’s general election on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at First United Presbyterian Church, 695 E. Calvin Street.

Attendees should meet inside the Upper Witherspoon Building Activity Center. A reception is planned for 5:30 p.m. and the forum will begin at 6 p.m.

According to organizers of the event, the participants include:
Fayetteville Mayor – Mayor Lioneld Jordan and Dan Coody
State Senate District 7 – Diana Gonzales Worthen
AR House Dist 84 – Adella Gray, Rep. Charlie Collins
AR House Dist 85 – David Whitaker, Paul Graham
AR House Dist 86 – Rep. Greg Leding
Circuit Judge – Cristi Beaumont, Bob Lambert

Each candidate will be given two minutes for an introduction before answering questions.
