The All American Rejects are coming to Fayetteville next month, and they’re bringing their musical instruments with them.

The band, which became crazy famous during the 2000s for their catchy, poppy, rock tunes, is set to perform at George’s Majestic Lounge on Monday, Nov. 12.

The All American Rejects were actually formed just a few hours from Fayetteville in Stillwater, Okla. in the late 1990′s when founders Tyson Ritter and Nick Wheeler where still in high school.

They’re no strangers to Fayetteville, either. We can remember them playing at Clunk once, possibly the AMP later on (does anyone else remember that?), and they played at Bud Walton Arena for one of the Walmart Shareholders events. Also, former drummer and current Fayetteville resident Tim Campbell toured with the band for a few years in the early 2000′s before they became rockstars.

Tickets to the Nov. 12 show at George’s are on sale for $23.85 (includes fees) at the venue’s ticketing website, or for $20 in person at the club.

I’m pretty sure they played at Clunk twice. Anyway. It doesn’t make much difference.

They played at the AMP in 2007… my first concert ever. Lord, how time flies.
