If you weren’t one of the 500 people to attend Friday night’s sold out gala and film premiere for Up Among the Hills, there are three free screenings scheduled at the Fayetteville Public Library in November.

Speaking of the Fayetteville Public Library, a series of Halloween-inspired youth activities is planned this week inside the library at 401 West Mountain Street.

The first Fayetteville School Board zone meeting of the 2012-13 school year is at 6 p.m. tonight in the McNair Middle School cafeteria.

Chardonnay peanut brittle, spicy beer brittle, blood orange caramel chocolates, and more are now in stock at Handmade Market. That and more in this week’s Flyer Sponsor post.

Ticket information was released yesterday for the Flaming Lips concert on Sunday, Nov. 4 at Barnhill Arena on the University of Arkansas campus.
