It’s that time of year again folks! The best and brightest of Fayetteville’s artsty hooligans are gearing up to make this Halloween season one for the record books: “Fright Night at Nightbird” on Thursday, Nov. 1 is looking to be just about the coolest thing since candy-corn and rubber goblin masks. Nightbird Books will be hosting this one of a kind haunted-house art exhibition, chalk full of original work themed around zombies, werewolves, ghouls and anything/everything you’ve ever had a nightmare about.

Artists include Owen Buffington, Jon Peven, Kayla Moore, Nick Shoulders, Luke Knox , Rebecca Rosser, Brantley Saylor, Neon Glittery, Adaire Krementz, Matthew Depper, Joëlle Storet, Ashley Williams, Elizabeth Sharp, Russell Smith, Courtney Gayer, Marc Laney, Brian Abel, Sebastian Thomas, Matthew Depper, Matthew Kesner, and Chris Strobel.

The event will also include old sci-fi and monster movies projected onto the walls of the building’s breezeway during the live music performances, a mask-making station, face painting, and more.

The show is free to attend, but a $3 suggested donation will get you a piece of art at the door.

A bit more information is available on the Facebook page for the event.
