A lawsuit filed by four residents challenging the city’s rezoning of land for Project Cleveland, a planned apartment complex at North Hall Avenue and West Cleveland Street, was dismissed Tuesday.

A crew with the city’s transportation department installed five different bike racks along Block Avenue Tuesday morning.

Fayetteville’s hotel, motel and restaurant (HMR) tax receipts saw another record-high month this year compared to the same months in past years.

A limited number of general admission tickets for the Nov. 23 Arkansas-LSU football game went on sale at 8:30 a.m. today.

Speaking of the LSU game, University of Arkansas officials will unveil a statue of Frank Broyles prior to that game. A dedication ceremony is planned for 10 a.m. at the front entrance of the Broyles Athletic Center.
